This is the second time that I stayed at this location in Fukuoka. Funnily, I stayed in the same room as last time. I came back to this hotel because of the front desk staff. Although they speak very little English they go out of their way to assist, accomodate and even anticipate customer needs. In a world where things are becoming increasingly automated it is so nice to see a friendly face - especially when travelling alone. The food was just basic - nothing special but the service is stellar at all points. Even housekeeping was so engaging and accomodating.

1. Nest Hakata is in a perfect location, away from busy street but close enough to the train station. 2. Facility is very clean with great customer service. Communication was not difficult despite the language barrier. 3. Rooms are a bit small, well depends on type of room, but not bad for staying one night, clean room and bath.

Remoket

Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed wasn't too hard and the pillows were also pretty good. Room seemed like it was recently renovated and it felt really clean. The bathroom was newer but its typical Japan size bathroom. Overall, the room was ideal and we would come back to it.
